What's the best thing about your cruise? ... Itinerary What was most memorable thing about the ship? ... How well organized the ship is. Physical layout, service staff, etc. What could be improved? ... This is minor issue; but in contrast to Star Princess' sister ship, Golden Princess, it seemed that Star's staff were not quite a personal or as friendly. This appeared to be true at all levels of service from the Captain, through the officers on down to the stewards. Perhaps this may be a reflection of the command style of the two Captains reflecting on all the crew.
