-We enjoyed going to the different ports of call(Dominica and Curacao) -We did enjoy having the promendade on the ship and the extra space in our stateroom(accessible room) -The food was not as great as I previously remembered and things were a bit worn and well used in the staterooms..

The best thing about the cruise was being away from home with nothing to do. It was great to have someone else take care of me and my family for a week. Since my first cruise was with a brand new ship cruising on an older ship was anti-climatic. The most memorable thing was the entertainment, The cabins could use a face lift.

The cleanliness of the ship was beyond expectation. The best thing about the cruise was the excursions. Getting off the ship and exploring the different islands was the first priority of our itinerary. The most memorable thing about the ship was that it was like a floating shopping centre. Boredom was not in the vocabulary (you can sleep when you get home). The organizers could improve the coffee firstly.... it was terrible, unpalatable was closer to the truth, perhaps I could suggest a Tim Horton's in the promenade? The cost of drinks, and beverages was too high ie. $4 for a 10 oz. bottle of water, $4 for 10 oz. orange juice, $30 for unlimited fountain soda card, and nothing under $6.99 for an alcoholic drink was enough to send you to the poor house. The alcoholic drinks were, I suspect, watered down, and the rule of not allowing purchased alcohol (not even wine) to be brought on board for consumption was ridiculous. Beer (Canadian beer) was $1 per bottle in the villages! And yet they fed you until you burst 24-7. The desalinated water served and used on board, in the taps and for cooking, made us bloat and swell, of which should be mentioned when booking to those of us with low tolerance to sodium, sodium reduced diets and high blood pressure sufferers.

We found the crew to be very friendly, helpful, organized and knowledgeable. Our stateroom attendant and dining room waiter were excellent. It was great to be able to just relax and not have to worry about anything. Considering the number of guests and crew on board, not to mention the size of the ship, it didn't feel overwhelming or crowded at any time. We would be hard pressed to be specific about what was most memorable..........perhaps the overall experience. Our suggestions for improvements would be the quality of the coffee and other soft drinks such as ice tea/lemonade. It was difficult to deal with the errors on our stateroom statement the morning of departure. (We should have reviewed the charges daily via RC's TV channel.) We should have been able to deal with any discrepancies when we returned home.

This cruise was exceptional as most RCCL cruises are. I must say that I have only cruised Carnival and RCCL and the customer service on Rccl is top notch. The dinig room and state room staff are friendly and very helpful, they are always pleasant and seem to enjoy their jobs. The Cruise director staff are also pleasant and try to encourage participation from everyone. There could be improvement in the sizes of the staterooms...somethiing to look into for newer ships that are being built

Unfortunately the first night on board I had a continuous noise in my cabin that sounded like a drain emptying. The next morning I let the reception desk know and maintenance was sent out to my room. I was notified that they would be moving me to another room later that day. The noise was coming from the pool pump 2 decks above my room, I was told. I was moved that day to an outside cabin on the 6th. deck with a balcony for no extra charge. I was in an inside cabin, by myself. I was called twice by the reception desk to be asked if there was anything else they could do and was asked if everything was allright in my new room. My luggage was moved for me as well. I have only ever sailed with Royal Caribbean. The attention to customer satisfaction is always front and foremost. I greatly appreciated the attention and courtesey I received from everyone. I thouroughly enjoyed my balcony for the remainder of the cruise. I would recommend and do recommend Royal Cariibbean to anyone looking for a totally enjoyable cruise experience. I also enjoyed My Time Dining.

Only 2 things could have made it a greater cruise: 1) American Airlines missed placed my wife's luggage so she had to buy clothes for the first 2 days. 2) The food at the Winjammer Cafe was a little too spicy.

The best thing about the cruise is the friendly atmosphere on the ship with people from all parts of the world The most memorable thing about the ship is all the activities that was on board and the entertainment was fabulous I think that their should be more backdrops for the professional picture taking, with so few there is too much of a long wait, especially on the formal nights.

It was indeed a memorable experience. I was in awe at the mere size of the ship and the ease with which the captain navigated that magnificent vessel across the hogh seas. I was amazed at the regularity/frequency with which our state room attendant took care of our suite down to the smallest details. Every one aboard was so friendly, the security personnel so courteous and of course the nightly entertainment was superb. I suppose that because of the many passengers on board, there was some delay in delivering dinner in a timely fashion. Otherwuse the wife and I had a real great cruising experience. Sincerely.

The activiities and entertainment was great. I enjoyed the Captain Night, I loved to dress up it was awesome seeing everyone looking so pretty and handsome. The way the pictures are done a lot of people pictures were mix up with other people pictures. I happen to one of those people whose pictures were mix with another couple I didn't even know so that needs to be correct, it was too confusing.

The cruise was amazing. It was awesome waking up in a new country each morning. By far was the best thing of the cruise. The entertainment on the ship was good. They had some very good shows and some not so good ones as well. Food was great. Staff were friendly. Ship was super clean. Very happy and would do it agian.

The best thing about my cruise was all the activities on the ship, from the shows to the night clubs and most of all the Jazz clubs. I love the service we got from our Waiter, assistant waiter and the head waiter with all of his funny jokes. We looked forward to being serve by them. The food was excellent. The most memorable thing aobut the ship is the parade on the pomernade with the various costumes and music. What could be improved was the tours off the ship. I found it to be very expensive compare to what you see and do at various countries especially at St.Crox. I did not enjoy that trip at that country. Every other country was fine.

Amazing ship, fabulous entertainment, exoctic posts of call, awesome food. Provide an all-inclusive option. Purchasing soda package and standard tipping rates should be included by increasing the price accordingly. Luxury cruises that nickel and dime you are 'cheapen" the overall experience.

Special mentions: 1. Statesroom attendant's service was excellent (he went beyond our expectations). 2. Dining attendant and his assistant were very patient and personable and they went well over and beyond to keep us happy and well fed. 3. The special attention given by most of the ship's staff to my son (12 yrs. old) made him feel special, when there is usually a tendency to ignore or disregard children. 4. The cleanliness of the ship. 5. Most of the ship's staff were very knowledgeable about the ship, the ports of call, etc., and what they didn't know they went out of their way to find out for us. 6. The spa staff were exceptional...best massage I've had in a long time (massage frequency is 1 to 2 times per month). 7. Great ports of call...each island had it's own unique beauty and culture. Favourite tour and island beauty was St. Lucia followed closely by Antigua (we met some wonderful people at both)...best shopping and fun was St. Maarten...best old world architecture and history was San Juan. Pet peeves: 1. Children's sports activities...(although not too many children were travelling) what ever activities that were planned for the children were allowed to be over run by adults and hence cancelled. 2. Dining...every soup entrée served had soup dripping down the side of the bowl...of the 5 of us travelling, at least 1 of of us each night had our main course meal come out of the kitchen looking like it was created in a highway diner, rather than a chef's kitchen (presentation is ALMOST everything). Overall a wonderful trip...it's always what you make of it!

The destinations that we visited were absolutely amazing! We booked shore excursions at 3 locations and had a great time on each one. We sailed on the same ship last year at this time so there was nothing truly memorable about the ship. Our stateroom was not in the greatest location. It was situated on the port side and was the last balcony suite on that side of the ship. It seemed smaller than the one we had last year and had a door adjoining to the suite next door. Our neighbours were quite noisy into the wee hours of the morning and the adjoining door offered little soundproofing to reduce the noise. There was also a very strange odor in the hallway outside our door. Fortunately we did not have the smell in our room like many of the other people in this area of the ship. When a neighbour asked one of the employees about the smell he told her that it had been there for weeks and they couldn't figure out what it was. Seems to me if they knew the smell existed perhaps they shouldn't be using those rooms until they rectify the situation. Although we had a good vacation, we were not as impressed with the ship or the service we received when compared to the previous year. It may be time to look at what other cruise lines have to offer.

All the members of the crew were so friendly and went out of their way to address any problems or questions we may have had. When we boarded the ship and entered our stateroom we were met with a strange chemical-type odour. They tried everything to eliminate this, including changing all the bedding and shampooing the carpets. Nothing seemed to work and they had no free cabins to offer us. To compensate they sent us a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The excellent cruise director,Chris Northy, called it the friendliest ship at sea. He did his job superbly, he's efficient, talented, and very creative. Not only did he keep us informed, but he also made us laugh. We would love to sail with this ship again.

The best thing about our cruise was a toss up between the amazing service we received all week and the awesome ports of call we visited. I love the pools on this ship and spent more time there than I have in our own pool at home. The food was good, the desserts a little disapointing. The buffet was fine but I would like to have seen a little more variety. Past salads, burgers and pizza you could choose between one or two meats and 1 pasta. Because our cruise was so port intensive the restaurant was only open for lunch one day. The cruise staff were always attentive and fun. We had a great time and will be back next year.

Portable crib provided quickly upon request. Had some problems the first night with dining - they split our group of 13 over 2 tables. Upon our first request, we were told they couldn't do anything. Later that evening, they told us they would accommodate our request and the rest of the dinners we were seated at one table. The food overall was very good, with the exception of the steaks - these were not very good and left a lot to be desired. Our daughter, age 4, spent a lot of time at the kids camp and loved it, and it gave us a break. The downside was that they would not offer babysitting to our 9 month old because he was not one year old, which was disappointing. Also, for charging full price for our infant, they could have provided diapers, formula, etc. considering that the baby did not use hardly any resources. Overall it was a great cruise and I'd book with RC again.

The dining in the speciality restaurant was excellent and the small cafe on the fifth deck was an added pleasure. The staff on board was excellent but when we arrived in the stateroom the bathroom cabinet had not been cleaned. After I mentioned it to our room steward it was cleaned when we returned to the room. We also requested single beds but when we arrived the bed was made up as one large bed. Again this was changed while we were out for dinner. On the whole it was a pleasant cruise but I would not grade it as one of the top cruises. The food on the cruise was very plentiful and there was a good variety but again it was not top notch except in the speciality restaurant. Boarding the ship was the most disorganized I have ever experienced. It took us over three hours to board and all of that time was spent lined up outside in the heat. I think that was the worst part of the cruise. On all the cruises that I have taken I have never had to line up for that length of time. Would I sail again with the Royal Caribbean.......I am not sure that I would.

The shows were very good, but back to back cruises would be seeing the same shows twice. The check-in was terrible. We got to the cruiseship terminal by taxi. Once we got out of the taxi, there were roughly 200 to 250 people waiting in line. There were porters around the terminal, but no signage and no representative to tell the people waiting in line, what we are in line for. After an hour of waiting, we got to the front of the line, and were told to leave the luggage with them, and don't forget to look after the porters (simply asking for tips), then go to the other line to line up for sea-pass card. We don't mind giving tips for luggage, but why make us waiting in the heat for over 1 1/2 hours. They should simply ask the other porters to collect the luggage and tip. There is no way that RCCL didn't know about this. Simply said, I think RCCL actually endorse these, in order to encourage customers to use their own transportation arrangement.

The best thing about the cruise was the helpful staff......the dinning staff were incredible and made the cruise that much more enjoyable........our attendant for our room was also incredibly personable. The most memorable thing about the cruise is the entertainment and the effort that went into it. The Entertainment director seemed to love what he was doing and had a talent for it as well. Laughter is the best medicine and he was able to bring out the best in everyone. For improvements - the bedding was soiled our first night on the cruise........and had to have the bed redone before we could sleep in it. A little more attention to detail would be best. Also when the curise is involved in selling coupon books they should be sure about the vendors they are dealing with since they are promoting them. At International Diamonds we were given the complimentary braclets which were to have a diamond chip in them. There was no chip and the vendor actually laughed then pretend to go get us new braclets and blamed it on the shipment when in fact on another island we did get braclets with the chip in it. Also going to the vendors with a coupon which said they would be giving us a specific item for free...(not really free the coupon book cost $25) refused to give it to us unless we bought something. Very questionable dealings with these vendors.

The best thing about this cruise is the itenerary - each island we visited offered a different landscape from dessert like in Aruba to rainforest in Dominica. My daughter loved the experience of swimming in the Emerald Pool -- we did too. We felt so close to nature. Of course the beaches we have been too were excellent ---- Memorable thing about the ship ---we never thought we were in a ship. We just enjoyed it and never felt sea sick!

The crusie was great - but the connecting air flights left something to be desired. The day before we left the crusie used the on-board computers to confirm our flights, and get our seat designations, which cost us each about 10.00 US. At the airport we were told that the flights we were expecting to take had been cancelled , and that we have been booked on a later flights, but the people we were travelling with were put on standby, and ended up having to take a later flight home the next day. The luggage delivery to the airport after the cruise could also have been done better. They put all the luggage from about three bus loads of people in a truck and unloaded it at the sidewalk in front the the airport. for everyone to grab. It was very unorganized.

Visiting several islands, and the beaches. The ship had several activies, always had something to do. Felt held hostage with the fact that a 15 % gratuity was included when an alcoholic beverage was purchased, and an expectation to re-tip plus the drinks are expensive. I would also like to see soda and bottled water included.

We loved the ship, our cabin, serving/stateroom staff, the ports of call, the food and opportunities aboard ship - casino, entertainment, lounges, etc. This was the second time on this identical cruise and ship and we still found new things to do and see. We would highly recommend anyone take it! We did have a couple of problems, however, with the front desk and accounting. Information from staff on the purser's desk was contradictory on several occasions, charges to our cabin were incorrect and certain issues could not be resolved despite numerous attempts on our behalf. While detracting somewhat from our overall experience, we still love sailing with Royal Caribbean and will definitely use this cruise line again.

We had a lot of trouble with the payments side of the cruise ship. They were so unorganized that we ended up not being able to tip our waiters. They had said that it was taken care of on the last day of the cruise, but when we checked again they said that the accounting department was behind. I also tried to put money towards our room on my credit card but for some reason they had trouble figuring that out. I received a receipt for the transaction, but it still has not been debited from my card. I know that my parents were planning on writing a letter to Royal Caribbean and I plan on doing the same. The vacation was wonderful but we all left perturbed at the situation. I hope that if we choose to book another Royal Caribbean cruise, that we will be able to enjoy the entire cruise experience.

-Did 2 7-day back-to-backs and the transistion was so easy. As were keeping the same stateroom all we had to do was turn in our old Seapass Card and get our new one. Your guest relations staff are amazing!!! We have taken 3 cruises with other cruise lines and always come back to Royal Caribbean. We don't want to sail with any one else. -Because we, along with about 60 other passengers, were doing back to back cruises we were invited to a special luncheon on the transition Sunday and again on the following Thursday followed by a tour of the galley. This made us feel so special. Carmen Rodriguez-Branch sat at our table and we had a terrific visit with her. Then she sent us a thank you card! -Air conditioning on the ship is set much too cold. I would guess it was set at about 70F. When you are ashore in 85 - 90 degree heat, perspire, then come back on board, it is too much of a difference. I came down with a cold towards the end of first week and am still fighting it. I heard many guests and crew coughing and sneezing. But overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our cruise and already booked our next one for April 2011.

The cruise was amazing again. The travel arrangements are seamless with luggage transfers etc. This ship was bigger than our last cruise and out of 3000 plus cruisers there were 820 children. Please remember when booking a cruise if you do not wish to have that many children to get your travel agent to check out spring breaks in the USA. They are very different from those in Canada and can go on for over 1 month since every State and district can choose their own break.

The dining experience was wonderful. We had an excellent waiter and he made the dining experience most enjoyable. Service was just amazing. The most memorable thing about the ship ...I was just amazed that we watched a figure skating ice show while we were in the middle of the ocean. All the staff were so friendly and polite. The overall experience was excellent and I have told everyone that has asked about our trip, that everyone has to go on at least one cruise in their lifetime!

The best thing about the cruise is the food, activities, crew, drinks, OK everything. It's hard to pin point one single thing that's the best. The service that the crew provides is outstanding. Every morning, afternoon and evening, their smile and friendly attitudes make your day and they go out of their way to make you feel at ease. Even down to the little cute daily towel characters the stateroom attendant leave after they've made up your room. The only thing I can think of to be improved is to provide a magic pill to wipe away the pounds gained from all the excellent food that's available 24 hrs a day. I would definately recommend the Royal Caribbean over and over again.

The best thing about cruising was the fact that there was so much to do on the ship and you also had opportunities to explore the different ports. The best of both worlds. The crew went above and beyond as far as making sure you were satisfied and enjoying your experience, that was very apparent in all areas around the ship. The food was fantastic, great selection and always available. It was a very welcoming environment and we felt very relaxed and comfortable. Our overall experience was excellent and we look forward to cruising again in the future. The only thing we personally would do differently in the future is consider getting a hotel room on the last day and fly out the following morning, the airport was a little overwhelming with all the cruise passengers trying to get through at the same time.

RCC's 'My Time Dining' is in effect, as opposed as to what we were advised prior to departing (we did ask for this option). We managed to switch our 8 person table to a 4 person My Time Dining option, which was wonderful for our family of four. This option is a strong selling point that you should promote. Many people review the forced dining seatings as one of the biggest negatives when cruising. My Time Dining removes this negative. The Kids' programs were fantastic; our girls aged 8 and 6 had the best time ever and it was a good mix of family time, adult time and kids' time. We really has no negative comments other than we still believe that gratiuities should be included in cruise fare and not placed upon guests to hand out. Guests can add more gratiuities for service over and above if they choose, but it is annoying to have to pay all of them after you get on board. Better to have them included in the cruise fare. Ports of call were great. We did not use any of the excursions; we went out on our own. Overall we had a fantastic time and we will be back cruising.

The cruise was fantastic. The food service and presentation, the entertainment along with the treatment and service on board the ship was great. The best thing about a cruise is the port stops. It is nice to visit other places, enjoy their beaches, hospitality, etc. The ship itself was a vision to remember. Even after seven days on board, you are still finding new areas and things to do. I enjoyed the different levels and types of entertainment. Pretty much anything that you are interested in, you will find it somewhere on the ship. The departure of the ship could be a defined easier. We waited in a departure line, which is where we were told to go, only to find out that it was for American residents only. But got off safe and sound and back home!!

Overall, we both enjoyed the week a great deal. Dining room service and food, and our new friends at our table made dinner very enjoyable. Lots to keep us busy. Only disappointment was that the pools were smaller and crowded on the at sea days. Crew were 100% friendly and courteous, and service was very good. Went to all of the entertainment that time allowed and enjoyed the variety-everything was great!

The best thing about our cruise was being able to stop at four different places in one week. I have been on one cruise before and always gloated about the exceptional food. While our waiters were exceptional at their job, I was not that impressed with the food. I spoke with others who stated other cruises were superior, and in fact some that had been on the exact ship and had better experiences. It seemed as if the cruiseship was cutting costs in certain areas which was VERY noticeable. I was also not impressed with all the additional costs i.e. cover charges to additional restaurants, golf simulator etc. I spent a week before this trip at an all inclusive resort so it was a hard adjustment coming on the ship to walk around every corner to a new charge. Perhaps there should be an all inclusive option..or something similar so you dont have to worry about this on your vacation. I wont be cruising for a VERY long time as I will be sticking with the all inclusive vacations.

Our cruise was excellent. We were very happy with our accommodations. We were upgraded to a junior suite which included a walk in closet, bathtub and lots of room. We were a bit disappointed with the entertainment, but the ice show was spectacular. The Adventure of the Sea was a fabulous ship and the staff were extremely helpful. We would definitely cruise with Royal Caribbean again.

The whole experience was the best thing about our cruise The most memorable thing, the ship was great, the shows were excellent and the port of call great since we docked at each port of calls. Although the service was excellent, we had requested a table for 8 and that request was not honored. This is the best way to meet new people is to share dinner with other guests and to our dissappointment we got a table for 4 and was only the three of us. This is one of the main reason why we booked our cruise early.

The best thing about our cruise was the people we met while onboard. Also, the excursions were well run and a lot of fun. The most memorable thing about the ship were the shows held in the Lyric Theatre. Improvements that could be made are as follows: An orientation for first time cruisers would be good ... we did not know how to get extra towels at the pool area, that the kids needed waivers signed for rock climbing, what to do in the event of motion sickness, curfew policy, etc. and felt very lost. Not evident that stateroom had policies listed, but not much time in first day to start reading books and watching t.v. video howto's. An orientation would have been great. Card key management needs to be improved -- we had several problems with them even after told they were "fixed". People saved chairs at the pool area for hours and hours without returning to them, making it difficult to find ones that were available. Signage did not deter them. More teen activities/games/events in evening after dinner -- our kids were not very interested in all the singing/dancing shows. They enjoyed the comedy shows. The teen disco was not well attended so they had no place to go if not wanting to do a sport. Add take out coffee cups in Windjammer ... so we could enjoy one in our room without having to go to the 5th floor. Put a proper toilet seat in stateroom washrooms -- those were so uncomfortable! Add a magnified makeup mirror at desk. Be faster at delivering luggage on first day... my husband picked up his own luggage in the storage area so that he didn't have to dine in his wet swimsuit!

The service everywhere on the ship was outstanding and the crew were very accommodating. The food in the main diningroom was better than I expected. Improvements: our cabin was definitely showing wear and tear (ripped carpeting, the fridge wasn't working, the TV converter wasn't working, it had a strange smell) Adventure Ocean - I felt that the activities in the older age groups were too young for that group which resulted in children not wanting to go to the club, or misbehaving because they were bored when they were there. Dining: Johnny Rockets is too small to accommodate this size of ship...tried to have lunch there one day and the wait was 45 minutes! I think that the Windjammer should not close during the day (from 4:30-6:30) as anyone wanting to eat an early dinner have to wait until it reopens at 6:30. I think there should be a grill outside by the pool so you can grab a burger/slice of pizza while sitting on deck. I found the food quality good, but the availability of food lacking.

I really enjoyed my Cruise and would certainly go again...but probably not sail out of Puerto Rico again.. after having so many problems at the airport.... I would try other ports this time just to get a different perspective of the other islands... we really didn't get to see Puerto Rico at all which we would have liked to .. even though we arrived the day before we sailed. My only suggestion is for first time cruisers.. possibly to have them all meet together just to answer some overall questions that they might have.. although the booklet and information on board it quite helpful.. possibly a half hour question and answer session might be beneficial.

We had an excellent experience. The ship and its facilties were excelletnt. Food was very tasty and extremely well presented. Shore excursions were enjoyable and very well organised. We found the layout of the ship to be very well done making all areas of the ship easily accessible The Royal Promenade was a real highlight. In addition the various 'drinking' establishments were welldone. We particularly enjoyed the enterainment. The shows were really enjoyable and the various groups and soloists performing throughout the day added tothe atmosphere on board.

It is so hard to pick out the best thing about my cruise because everything was just super. From the time you went aboard the ship until you left everyone had a smile and a hello and could not do enough for you to make your stay a memorable one. The most memorable thing was watching the ship coming into port from the view on my balcony it was amazing and the moon shinning on the ocean wow. Everything was so neat and tidy. What could be improved: an enclosed smoking area in the casino so that the rest of the people don't have to put up with the smell. It would have been nice if the stores remained open later on the last night as you are rushing to get to supper then have your luggage outside your cabin by 11 that if you forgot last minute souvenirs it would have been helpful. We enjoyed our trip so much that we have already booked a cruise for next year, same ship different itinerary.

We had two rooms, a balcony suite with an adjoining "inside" room for our two boys ages 7 and 11. This configuration exists on deck 9 at the back of the ship and is perfect for our family. The best things about our cruise were: the "adventure club" for children (our 7 yr old especailly liked it), the food in the dining room exceeded our expectations in taste, quality and variety, the ports (we did 2 ship excursions and 2 on our own) and the constant entertainment on the ship (especially the ABBA show and the Ice Show, other shows were OK but not great). Everyone on the ship was very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of passengers but we never felt crowded. Things that we were a bit disappointing in were: difficulty in getting chairs on the pool decks, long waits for elevators (several times we waited for many minutes and then decided to take the stairs, several other guests commented on long waits for elevators), and Johnny Rockets was expensive (when you add in drinks and the 4.95 charge) and not worth it. We cruised the Mexican west coast last year with Carnival and really enjoyed the cruise but this cruise experience was superior in every aspect. It was our first trip to the south Caribbean and we loved the sights, the weather (hot, although quite windy everywhere), the beaches, the people etc.

We were VERY disappointed that Porfofino had been booked up by a large group for the ENTIRE cruise. We felt that it was unfair to the rest of the pasangers. The music was extremely loud in the pool area. I felt sorry for the older passengers (60+yrs) which represented about 30% of the people on board. There is not a chance that they would have enjoyed the techno beat party music that was being blasted in their ears. The service and the food in the main dining room was very good. Out stateroom attendant was fantastic! Overall, we had a nice time- but were just annoyed by the few items shown above.

I was disapointed that they had eliminated the grand buffet - that was a very special part of our other two trips. The Southern Caribbean seems to be a little rougher than the Eastern and Western and we felt quite a bit of movement in the ship and it was very windy most of the time. I would probably cruise in the Eastern or Western if there was a tendency towards motion sickness. I will always travel with Royal Caribbean International - their service, food, cleanliness and friendliness are always impeccable and they truly make all of your dreams come true.

My husband and I are hooked on cruises. If we'd be able to afford it, we would cruise more then once a year. But once a year is better then no cruising at all. We enjoy everything on the ship except one little thing. We found that there was a lot of smokers everywhere on the ship. In my opinion, the smokers should be at one part of the ship only. I've notice that there were a lot of them in most public areas,(outside only). Your employees on the ship from stateroom attendent to waiters are the best. Pochara was our waiter and was the best one we've ever had. Flormira Lopez was a barmaid and she was also one of the best in all 4 ships we' ve been on.

Best - the fact that all the ports we visited did not require a tender to take us from the ship to the dock. This way we did not miss out on visiting any ports because of the weather. Memorable - the whole experience! Improvements - the drinks could certainly have been cheaper. The gatruities should be added into the cost of the cruise, thus allowing you more spending freedom with your sea pass.

Best thing was the service provided by the waiter and asst waiter, barman in the dining room; very friendly and always there to assist you. Great food and good choices on the menu. The memorable thing on the ship was the entertainment provided nightly. Great laughs!! Improvements- chocolate on our pillows and lowering the price of bar drinks. Did miss the ice carvings and mid-night buffet but understand the cost and waste of food since alot people do not eat that late in the evening. It would be nice to have as this special buffet in the dining room on a day at sea as a casual night instead of the same routine as of now but at supper hour such as 6-9pm.

The cruise ship was tremendous, the staff were superlative, and the overall experience was wonderful. There were a few things that could have been improved upon, such as, my husband's sea pass card wouldn't work . . . ever ! It was declined everywhere on the ship, even to purchase a package of Halls lozenges. We had gone to the service desk twice about it, but finally gave up and just used my card for everything. Our room was tiny, as expected, but there was a connected room and the door between was unlocked and we had to go twice to the service desk to have that corrected. There were two teenaged boys in the conected room and sometimes the noise, even from the tv was too much, but it might have been because the door between us wasn't sound deadening. I would travel again with Royal Caribbean without heasitation.

Best thing: variety of activities in which one could participate or the option to just relax by/in the pools or hot tubs; great weather; excellent meals Most memorable: the wedding of my daughter and fiance on board prior to the ship leaving port. Improvements: Longer access to the frozen yogurt station.

Best thing about the cruise: Excellent on-board service & the NEW disembarkation procedure. Most memorable thing about the Ship: Excellent strategic locatin of various theatres and other facilities. Top level walking, jogging track and the Captain's reception & employee's farewell.
